When you are done, the spring-loaded retractor pulls them back into the covered pocket automatically.
Installation takes seconds. Each PlugsPocket uses 3M peel-and-stick adhesive that bonds securely to hard hats, bump caps, and safety vests. The reflective pocket is designed to match the reflective strips already on your safety vest, so it blends in with your existing gear rather than looking like an afterthought.
