ReadyMax Zip-Outs Ear Plugs for Hard Hats - PermaPlug (NRR 27/SNR 34)
ReadyMax Zip-Outs add built-in hearing protection to your hard hat or bump cap. They install in seconds using 3M peel-and-stick adhesive and sit flat against the inside of your helmet. When you need hearing protection, unzip the vinyl cover, pull out the tethered PermaPlug earplugs, and insert them. When you are done, the earplugs retract back into the zippered pocket, staying clean and protected until next time.

They add almost no bulk to your hard hat and do not interfere with other equipment like face shields, earmuffs, or headlamps.
