The Aerosolv 5000 is easy to install and use. Mount the aerosol can puncture device on either a 30 or 55 gal drum with a standard 2 and 3/4 in bung. It accepts domed mini, standard and jumbo aerosol cans. To use, place can into the housing sleeve so that the shoulder of the can rests on the gasket. Lock lid to secure in place and push down on the handle. The non-sparking angled pin pierces the can, allowing residual liquids to flow directly into the collection drum. The two-piece coalescing filter and carbon cartridge captures odors and potentially harmful VOCs.
