Eagle StormNEST curb inlet filters T8712 are designed to help prevent sediment, trash and other harmful pollutants from entering storm drains and catch basins. Stormwater flows freely through the filter while debris and contaminants are captured before they can reach the sewer system. This model features a durable, rigid coiled filter for effective sediment and debris control. Optional hold-down weights (Eagle Model T8711) are available and are required when used in curb-only inlet applications to keep the filter securely in place. For proper installation, the edges of the coil should extend beyond the curb opening on both sides. When used as a Best Management Practice, StormNEST curb inlet filters help support compliance with EPA 40 CFR 122.26, SPCC and NPDES requirements.
