Western-Cullen-Hayes Type SG wheel stops utilize the entire rail in stopping a car - not just the rail head. This wheel stop is rigid and suited for stub-end track, where space is limited. The first few impacts set the gripping points into the bottom of the rail base. At the same time, the loop-clamp, positioned against a tie, tilts slightly forward and locks the block securely to the rail. Once it takes a set on the rail, it won't budge, the company says. Features include a universal fit, all-welded steel construction, four bolts for installation of each pair, and no holes to drill.
