Majestic Fire Hoods are made with flame-resistant materials and are pre-shrunk. With an elastic face opening, you can be assured that it will be a snug fit around your SCBA mask or face. MajFire hoods have a wider cut to allow superior air circulation. All seams are merrow stitched, with the top and bottom covered with a 5-thread cover stitch which provides you with more durability and a wear-resistant binding finishes the bottom edges. These Majestic hoods are UL certified and are compliant to meet the NFPA 1971 standard of performance (Protective Ensembles for Structural Fire Fighting and Proximity Fire Fighting). Hoods also comply with Cal/OSHA standards.
