The 2x4 Guardrail Receiver is a base piece designed to fit a lumber post and allows for the installation of guardrail systems flush against outside walls. It may be installed in both wood and concrete substrates, and is composed of powder-coated steel for superior durability and weather resistance. The Guardrail Receiver is reusable for multiple installations, although new fasteners must be used for each new installation application
