The trousers feature elastic at the waist, snap closure adjustable 5 in openings at the hips and 2 in Silver reflective tape with 1/4 in Black edge trim. The garment is 100% waterproof with double needle stitched seams that are seam seal taped on the PU side. The garment is certified to ANSI 107-2015, Class E.
